7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

​Water bills can be paid online, over the phone, or in our office

NOTE: Water bills will be charged on your Tenant Portal under 'Apartment Charges' and will show the total amount due for the apartment. Each tenant is only responsible for paying their portion of bill.

We now welcome your pets to enjoy your stay with you!

To register your pet as a resident, please fill out the Pet Addendum found below 

Pet charges include a $100 fee up front and an additional $10 a month

Please note that all roommates in the unit will need to give permission to allow the pet to stay in the apartment.

​Lost Keys:

During business hours: call or stop into our office to have one of our staff members let you into your apartment.

 

After business hours: call emergency maintenance at 616-889-4888. 

Please note there will be a charge to replace any keys. There will also be an additional charge to unlock doors after hours. 

​TRIO aims to provide a safe living environment for all residents. To do so, Absolute Security makes regular patrols throughout our complexes by car and foot. Absolute also provides safe-walks to escort you home at night.
