I need someone to sublease my room out in trio center. there are currently two other girls living there and they do have a kitten Ferguson (super cute). Roommates are easy going and super personable. Rent for the feb-june1st would be around 500 a month + utilities which is usually around 20 bucks. Rent for june-june lease is 420 a month + utilities. if anyone can pick up one or both leases lmk asap!
