Before Move-In

1 Return Rental Surety Agreement

The rental surety agreement must be signed, notarized, and returned 10 days after signing. Call our office if you need a copy or want to check if yours is returned.  

2 Pay the Application Fee

The application/administration fee is $365 and non-refundable. This amount can be paid online at your                         and through our office. Please note we do not have a security deposit. 

After Move-In

If you did not choose a payment plan at signing, please make sure to pick one before you move-in so you can make your first rent payment prior

A tenant portal can be made through our website          . On the portal, you are able to pay rent online, request maintenance, and print visitor parking passes.

Every resident receives FREE Wi-Fi here at TRIO.

Wi-Fi log-in credentials are available to pick up on move-in day and each provides 30 Mbps access for up to 8 devices per resident. Contact our office for more information or to answer any questions you may have. 

Residents are required to have a TRIO parking permit displayed on their vehicle at all times while parking in TRIO lots. Permits are available after move-in and must be picked up before September 11th, 2020.
